The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood - Schedule
Hello Cast & Crew,
Please review our Show Schedule Calendar. This includes rehearsals, set construction, tech week, and performances. Attendance at required rehearsals is important: If you cannot attend a rehearsal that your role is scheduled for, it is your responsibility to communicate that to Mr. Cherwin.
Remember: ACTORS CANNOT MISS AFTER 10/14! NOBODY should miss DRESS or TECH REHEARSALS!
If you miss more than two necessary rehearsals, unexcused or not, the advisors may reconsider your role for this and future productions. We don’t have enough time to afford wasting it.

Oct. 1: First All-Crew Day
Oct.61: Running Crew Starts
Oct 14: Actors start the “no-missing” time ; Tech Crew Starts
Oct 20: Dress Rehearsals officially begin ; Costume Crew Starts
Oct 27: Tech Rehearsals begin ; Makeup Crew Starts
Nov. 5: Parent Preview Night (4:00 call; 6:00 start)
Nov. 6: Dark Night (or Emergency Rehearsal)
Nov. 7: Opening Night (Call time 5:00pm, Performance at 7:00pm)
Nov. 8: Performance @ 7:00pm
Nov. 14: Performance @ 7:00pm
Nov. 15: TWO PERFORMANCES! (Matinee @ 2:00pm, Night @ 7:00pm)
Nov. 17 Set Strike (teardown/reset for next show)
Nov. 18* Contingent Set Strike (*in case we didn’t finish on 11/17)
